Secretariat's publications
This page displays the reports, reviews, and explanatory notes written by the Secretariat. The Treaty, along with the acquis in force and amending Ministerial Council decisions, imposes various reporting obligations, resulting in more than 50 Articles that mandate the Secretariat to monitor and report. Additionally, the Secretariat issues reports upon regulators' requests and documents the progress achieved in specific areas of work or projects. The Ukraine Support initiative has also generated a diverse range of new reports.
