In a Memorandum of Understanding  dated 18 November 2022, the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure of Kosovo refered the dispute concerning 3 hydropower projects built on the Deçan river - Lumbardhi II (7 MW), Belaja (7.5 MW) and Deçani (9.5 MW) and the impacts resulting from their construction and operation for mediation before the Secretariat’s Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Centre. 

Termination of the mediation (unilateral).
The mediation process was terminated upon unilateral request by Kelag International.
