During the final meeting, the Parties informed Facilitator of the agreements met:

• Moldovagaz shall submit to ANRE the calculations and data regarding technological consumption and technical losses for the period 2011-2019. On the basis of this newly-submitted information, ANRE will approve the final amount of technological consumption and technical losses for the purpose of distribution tariff calculation no later than 1 October 2020.
• Both ANRE and Moldovagaz are committed to resolve this issue as a matter of priority, and to finalise the new methodology for calculation of technological consumption and technical losses, which shall reflect real condition of the distribution networks.

Based on this information, the Facilitator concluded that the activities of the Working Group were completed.

The Parties sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
