Advisory Committee to hold three public hearings under Energy Community Dispute Settlement Rules

On 29 October 2026 the Advisory Committee of the Energy Community will hold three public hearing according to Article 32(4) of the Dispute Settlement Rules.
The hearings relate to non-compliance with the Energy Community environmental acquis:
- on case ECS-08/26 against Bosnia and Herzegovina / climate on 29 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CET as a remote video conference;
- on case ECS-09/25 against Bosnia and Herzegovina / climate on 29 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CET as a remote video conference;
- on case ECS-01/22 against Bosnia and Herzegovina / environment on 29 October 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CET as a remote video conference.
Stakeholders wishing to participate in the virtual hearings should write to Secretariat, stating their name and e-mail address by 5 p.m. CET on 28 October 2026. They should also indicate which hearing(s) they wish to attend, or whether they wish to attend all hearings.
The registered participants will receive a virtual participation link to the meeting(s) on the 29 October 2026 in the morning.
