Join the Energy Community Secretariat as a Gas and Oil Expert

The Energy Community Secretariat is seeking a Gas and Oil Expert to join our team in Vienna, Austria. The successful candidate will support the implementation of EU energy law in the gas, oil, and hydrogen sectors, coordinate the Project of Energy Community Interest (PECI) process, and contribute to strengthening energy security and cooperation across the region.

Applicants should have at least five years of experience in the energy sector, including three years in gas and oil, and hold a relevant university degree. The position offers a tax-exempt salary of EUR 6,735/month, along with a range of benefits. The start date is expected in January 2026.
