WEBINAR #6 REPORTING ON PROGRESS TOWARDS GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS REDUCTION TARGETS AND ADAPTATION GOALS (ANNEXES I and III)
The sixth webinar under this series will focus on experiences with reporting on progress towards the national greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets and adaptation goals under Annexes I and III of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299. You can look forward to contributions from:
- Bartłomiej Zieliński and Julia Wrzal vel Kosowska/ Ministry of Energy of Poland, Markus Leitner and Teresa Deubelli-Hwang/ Environmental Agency of Austria, who will shed light on the institutional setup for integrated progress reports in their jurisdictions and discuss the various sources of data activated to complete reporting.
- Aneliya Nikolova and Oskar Gustafsson/ both European Environmental Agency will elaborate on the quality assurance- and quality control process for the annexes in focus.

This webinar series turns the spotlight on integrated national energy and climate progress reports under Article 17 of the Governance Regulation (EU) 2018/1999. Each webinar will zoom into different Annexes of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299. Reporting practitioners from alternating EU Member States will share their experiences and lessons learnt from previous data collection- and reporting efforts under each of these 23 Annexes.
