Fund reporting

In order to ensure full transparency about the implementation of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, the Energy Community Secretariat as fiduciary reports to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and donors about grants received and disbursements made on a monthly basis.

Aggregated annual, quarterly reports will be shared with the public and can be downloaded below.

Latest Report: 1H 2025 Annual Report
	In the first half of 2025, the Fund received over EUR 202.5 million in new contributions, raising the cumulative balance to EUR 1,148.4 million. 33 donors supported the Fund, which approved 158 high-demand energy assistance requests totaling EUR 271.7 million, focusing on winterisation, generation restoration, and decentralised solutions. 145 purchase agreements were signed (EUR 109.7 million), bringing total agreements since inception to 780 agreements / EUR 668.7 million.
