In order to ensure full transparency about the implementation of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, the Energy Community Secretariat as fiduciary reports to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and donors about grants received and disbursements made on a monthly basis.

Aggregated annual, quarterly reports will be shared with the public and can be downloaded below. 

This includes monthly snap-shot in the form of Ukraine Energy Support Fund's achievement infographics.

Latest Report: 2026 Ukraine Energy Support Fund Annual Report
  • In 2025, the Fund received over EUR 667.7 million in new contributions, increasing cumulative contributions to EUR 1,613.6 million and reaching EUR 1,887.9 million by mid-April 2026.
  • 36 donors supported the Fund. The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine approved 398 support requests, of which 250 were processed by the Secretariat, valued at EUR 441.6 million, with a focus on winterisation, generation restoration, and decentralised energy solutions.
  • 367 purchase agreements were signed (EUR 250 million), bringing the total since the Fund's establishment to 1,002 agreements worth EUR 809.2 million. Deliveries reached EUR 446.9 million in 2025, providing critical equipment to Ukraine's most war-affected regions.
