Ukraine support
Team Europe Call: four years of full-scale war
Team Europe works
Russia has relentlessly and deliberately targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure -- the systems that keep homes warm, schools running, hospitals operating, and water flowing. Through the Ukraine Energy Security Coordination Group (UESCG) under the G7+ framework, the international community has come together to respond — with the Ukraine Energy Support Fund turning solidarity into an energy lifeline.
Signed Since November 2025
Confidence in the Ukraine Energy Support Fund helping Ukraine withstand an exceptionally challenging winter.
Delivered in Energy Support
Providing power, heating, and essential services across Ukraine during its fifth year of full-scale war.
Sustained International Support
A committed donor base turning solidarity into an energy lifeline through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
Since November 2025, an outpouring of confidence in the Fund — reflected in EUR 526,8 million in signed contributions — has helped Ukraine withstand an exceptionally challenging winter period. Any donation matters: equipment valued at EUR 291.800 enabled the repair of three substations, restoring power to 13 settlements and an additional 22.000 households in a nearby city.
To date, more than EUR 600 million in equipment, services, and materials have been delivered. This translates directly into power, heating, and other essential services running across a country entering its fifth year of full-scale war. Such impact is only possible thanks to the sustained trust of a dedicated donor base.
We thank the Fund’s 36 donors for their continued commitment and trust.
Preparing for next winter starts now
EUR 459 million worth of equipment and services is currently under procurement through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, representing significant opportunities for suppliers to support Ukraine’s energy recovery. The Fund awaits European — including Ukrainian — energy equipment manufacturers to participate in active tenders.
Protecting Ukraine’s energy system is a humanitarian imperative. It is also a geopolitical choice that safeguards the EU's energy security. Early deliveries of repair equipment in 2026 will be decisive to ensure Ukraine’s preparedness before temperatures drop again.
Countries, private companies and charities can collectively fortify Ukraine's energy system by making financial contributions to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
We call on the international community to join us in this effort.
