  • PN16-2026 Mapping needs for a document management system and designing technical requirements for developing a digitalized system for the Energy Community Secretariat

    Additional Information

    The Energy Community Secretariat (ECS) seeks to engage external service providers for the delivery of:

    • Assessment of ECS document management practices, workflows, governance rules, and digitalisation needs across all units.
    • Analysis of Ukraine Support Unit operational workflows, reporting, controls, and process-management requirements.
    • Definition of functional and technical requirements for scalable off-the-shelf digital solutions (e.g. SharePoint or equivalent).
    • Preparation of procurement-ready Terms of Reference (ToR), implementation roadmap, and indicative cost estimates for future system implementation.

  • PN15-2026 Service Provider to deliver training sessions for workshops under EU4ClimateResilience project

    Additional Information

    The Energy Community Secretariat seeks to engage external service providers (trainers/speakers) for the delivery of thematic sessions within a series of workshops under the EU4ClimateResilience project. The selected providers will contribute according to their area of expertise (MRV / ETS /verification in line with EU climate acquis) for any of the following:

    • LOT 1: Service provider for training session for candidates for verifiers in Moldova (Verification & Accreditation)
    • LOT 2: Service provider for training session for installation operators in Ukraine (MRVA)
    • LOT 3: Service provider for training session for verifiers in Ukraine (Verification & Accreditation
