Pro Bono Legal Support Platform for Ukraine in action

The Secretariat is happy to announce the first deliverables under the Pro Bono Legal Support Platform for Ukraine.

The Ukrainian electricity transmission system operator Ukrenergo has selected the international law firm K&L Gates to develop a high-level litigation and arbitration strategy to seek compensation for damage inflicted on Ukrenergo’s infrastructure, assets and operation.

The K&L Gates team will be assisted by Professor Chester Brown of Essex Court Chambers.
