As a Contracting Party to the Energy Community Treaty, Bosnia and Herzegovina is required to report regularly on the implementation of the energy acquis. This includes obligations under the Clean Energy for All Europeans Package, notably the preparation and submission of National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs), with progress reporting to follow.

In addition, Bosnia and Herzegovina must comply with specific reporting duties under sectoral legislation, including annual activity reports by the national regulatory authority under Article 59(1)(i) of the Electricity Directive (EU) 2019/944, reporting under Annex VIII.B of the Large Combustion Plants Directive, and periodic Security of Supply Statements.

This page provides access to reporting documents submitted by Bosnia and Herzegovina, limited to those from 2021 onward in line with the Secretariat’s five-year display policy.
