“Ray of Hope” solar PV project in Ukrainian hospitals under Ukraine Energy Support Fund

• The procurement relates to the centralised supply of standardised equipment, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems and BMS, intended for deployment across multiple healthcare facilities in Ukraine.
• The resulting contract will be a bulk supply agreement that will define obligations related to delivery, pricing, technical compliance, logistics, and documentation of the Supplier.
• The bulk supply procurement is conducted in accordance with the RFQ documentation published exclusively through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund e-procurement platform.
• Quotations shall be submitted only via the e-procurement platform. No alternative submission channels shall be accepted.
• The pre-application meeting for Tenderers to discuss procedural, technical, and contractual matters related to this RFQ will take place online on 07.07.2026 at 13:00 (Kyiv time).

• Quotations are submitted electronically in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Quotations (RFQ). To obtain the Request for Quotations (RFQ), interested Tenderers must first express their interest by filling out this form.
• The Tenderer is offered a visit to the facility. The cost of visiting the facility is paid by the Tenderer. Before visiting the facility, the Tenderer must coordinate his visit with the Project Manager in advance and notify the names of the representatives who will visit the facility via the email address: [email protected].
• There will be one online pre-tender meeting for Tenderers to discuss technical and procedural matters. The meeting link will be provided to Tenderers after submitting the form expressing their interest.
• The pre-tender meeting will take place for healthcare facilities in the following regions in Ukraine:
