The selection procedure is ongoing, and incoming expression of interest will be assessed by the Selection Committee on a rolling basis.  Should new mediators be selected for the panel, the list below will be updated accordingly.

Members of the negotiation network





  1. Whenever a mediation service is needed, the registrar of the Centre notifies all the panel of mediators and requests them to apply to serve as a mediator for the case in question.
  2. Should a mediator be interested in a possible appoinrment, he/she sends a letter addressing Director of the Secretariat and Chairman of the Centre.
  3. The received letters will be forwarded to the parties of the dispute, who will jointly appoint the mediator. 
  4. In case the parties cannot reach an agreement, the Chairman of the Centre will make the final decision.
