Following the EU-facilitated dialogue, Kosovo* and Serbia agreed on a roadmap for implementation of the Energy Agreements of 2013 and 2015.

The Serbian-owned company established in Kosovo* (Elektrosever) will obtain a supply license from Kosovo*’s Energy Regulatory Office and is expected to start supplying electricity to the four northern Serb majority municipalities.

The Energy Community Secretariat accepted the request by the European Union to monitor the technical implementation of the commercial arrangement between Elektrosever and the Kosovo Energy Distribution Company (KEDS). The Secretariat is committed to ensure that the contractual arrangements by the parties and their implementation is done in full compliance with the Energy Community Treaty.
