Energy Community Summer School: What’s in store?

26 November 2021

The sixth edition of the Energy Community Summer School will take place in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 20 to 27 August 2022. Participating in the Summer School is not only a great international experience and an opportunity to expand one's knowledge of energy and climate policies, but it is also a fantastic way to kick-start one's professional career, with many Summer School graduates going on to have prestigious jobs in the sector.

The sixth Summer School will be hosted by the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo in partnership with the Visegrad Fund and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Dialogue Southeast Europe (FES SOE). The call for applications will open in early 2022.

In the spirit of the Summer School, the Secretariat is proud to present a new series of its Eternal Summer webinars where representatives of the faculty, alumni and other friends of the Summer School will share their insights and experience.

The first lecture, kicking-off on Monday, 7 December at 16h, will focus on the role of taxonomy and just transition funding as key measures enabling the transition towards climate neutrality. Participation to all lectures is free of charge. No registration is necessary, simply click on the Webex link to the webinar on the corresponding event-page.
