The public hearing on case ECS-10/18 against Bosnia and Herzegovina according to Article 32(4) of the Dispute Settlement Rules, which was scheduled to take place on 6 November, has been postponed. The hearing will now be held on 9 December 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CET as a remote video conference.
