Opted out large combustion plants in Ukraine

This page explains the legal obligation posed by Directive 2001/80/EC on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants, the later adaptations by the Energy Community, including the special rules adopted for Ukraine only.

The Directive tasks the Secretariat to monitor the emission inventories by the Contracting Parties. Whilst the monitoring across the region is an integral part of the Secretariat's Implementation Reports, this page provide information on Ukraine only. The two tables show the amount of operational hours used from the granted opt-out period (status March 2020).
