The Serbian representatives at the high table during the opening speeches were Mr. Bratislav Ceperkovic, Chairman of the Board of Transnafta, H.E. Mr. Petar Skundric, Minister for Mining and Energy and H.E. Prime Minister of Serbia Mr. Mirko Cvetkovic.

The 1st Oil Forum was officially opened by H.E Prime Minister of Serbia, Mr. Mirko Cvetkovic.

The 1st Oil Forum was jointly organised by the Enegry Community and International Energy Agency. Director Slavtcho Neykov and Didier Houssin, IEA Director for Energy Markets and Security, represented the two organisations at the high table.

Also, Mr Fabrizio Barbaso, Deputy-Director General, DG TREN, European Commission addressed the Forum during the Opening Session.

Mr. Didier Houssin, Director for Energy Markets and Security of the International Energy Agency accounted for the third speaker at the Opening Session.
