The section General groups together documents of general nature. These documents are prepared on regular basis and/or address several policy aspects of the Energy Community process. The selection breaks down to working programmes, annual reports, implementation reports, including documents from the Athens process and the interim phase.

Whilst the working programmes and annual reports are published on bi-annual basis, the Secretariat prepares the implementation report twice a year. Prepared on the occasion of the Ministerial Council, implementation report takes stock of all the areas of work of the Energy Community process.

Documents classified in the categories Athens process and interim phase are of historical nature. The interim phase covers the time period of late 2005 to mid 2007. This was the time when the Energy Community was run as a European Commission CARDS Programme project. Regular reports on the progress achieved were part of the project framework. The subsection Others displayes comprehensive studies, often of external source, addressing several policy aspects of the Energy Community process.
