IMPLEMENTATION

Pursuant to the Article 67 (b) of the Treaty establishing the Energy Community, the Energy Community Secretariat has the task to review the proper implementation of the Treaty obligations by the Contracting Parties. It takes stock of the  process in the form of a Report on the Implementation of the Acquis under the Treaty. The focus of the report is put on the acquis transposition, and on subsequent implementation at national level. The Secretariat presents the key findings at each Ministerial Council meeting.  

 

The bi-annual reports break down in accordance with the key areas of the acquis. In case of acquis on electricity, these entail:

CONTENT

The next pages present the findings of the Energy Community implementation reports in the area of electricity. The reports will be presented in a chronological order, the first report dating from Dec 2007. In case of Moldova, the first report will date from 2010. For each report there is a summary of the findings. The thereof following pages describe the state of play at each Contracting Parties. Depending on the degree of implementation, the presentation can differ from Party to Party.
